Arthur G. Greene has provided programs and workshops
for State, Local and International Bar Associations,
as well as law related professional associations
for over 20 years.
Currently,
his most popular programs are:
Preparing
to Practice Law in the 21st Century
Offered as a 45-minute keynote speech, a half-day
seminar, or a full day interactive session.
This program identifies some of the changes
that are affecting the legal profession and
provides lawyers and law firms with practical
advice as to how to prepare for what lies ahead.
Lawyers need to re-evaluate their practice methods
and their relevance in a new marketplace and
may need to consider bold changes in the services
they offer. The program is a must for lawyers
in small and mid-sized firms seeking to position
their firm for success in the years ahead.
Associates
and Paralegals: Making it Work
Offered as a half-day seminar or workshop. Associates
are the future of a law firm; yet many firms
suffer from lack of training and ineffective
mentoring resulting in low associate morale
and costly turnover. At the same time, many
firms underutilize paralegals and do not achieve
the paralegal advantage of better client service,
lower client cost, and increased law firm profitability.
Most importantly, it is the proper integration
of associates and paralegals that will provide
firms with the greatest success. This seminar
provides the practical guidance necessary for
making it work.
